 It's simple but life-changing to become a permanent Habit Maker. Did you know there is a process that you go through each time you make a Habit?  In the habit makers course, you are taken through all of the steps you need to do each time you make a habit. This is to make sure it never fails and is made automatic by making it subconsciously. It only takes 1  minute to read except on a Monday where it can be 10-15 minutes while you watch the video to know what to expect that week. Yes, there are pitfalls to overcome and gains to make so that you can be sure this habit you make is long-lasting. 
What I loved about making this course, is the way I designed it to be bulletproof forever if you pay attention to every detail.
